The Erasmusronde has been organized for many years by Erasmus Sport and student running association EUR-Roadrunners, both affiliated with Erasmus University Rotterdam.
The purpose of this race is to bring students and other runners together in a sportive way. The race is for both Erasmus Sport and the EUR-Roadrunners one of the most important sport events of the year. We offer 3 distances, so there is a nice race for everyone. Normally the Erasmusronde is run around the Kralingse Plas. The course is car-free and at intersections and junctions there are volunteers to ensure everything runs smoothly. In 2020, the Erasmusronde was cancelled due to Corona, and in 2021 the Erasmusronde will be organized virtually for the first time.
Participation in the Erasmusronde is at your own risk. The organization accepts no liability for lost or damaged personal property, nor for any personal injury sustained.
The Erasmusronde is usually held on the first Saturday of November each year.
